Kapil Sibal Ji, Minister of HRD, Govt. of India, in Incentive Award Ceremony 2009 held at KV No-2 Delhi Cantt. on 03/11/2009. Shri. K.K Gupta got this award for his Innovative project titled "Programming Endeavour".
