3	01-11-2009	A Parents - Teacher Association meeting was conducted on 1st of November 2009. The new body was formed by the parents themselves by selection. The principal introduced all the teachers teaching in higher classes. discussion was mainly on academics, about vacancy position and staff position. Everybody expressed satisfaction over the Infrastructure facilities and hardships undertaken by the teacher to streamline the teaching-learning process. The parents came forward with a number of valuable suggestions and matters for immediate solutions. The principal assured the mass to take adequate measures to solve their grievances with the available sources.
4	08-11-2009	A Parent-Teacher meeting was conducted on 8th of November for classes Xth and XIIth. The principal introduced all the Senior Secondary and Secondary teachers and put forth the results analysis of their wards in connection with Half-Yearly examinations and monthly tests. Disscussion went on regarding better performance in coming exams including CBSE Board examinations. Answer scripts were shown to the parents and the mistakes thereby pointed out to them. They are advised to send thyeir wards to attend extra classes conducted after the school hours and holidays in different subjects. Principal Drew their attention to take proper care of the health of their Children.
